a) Board of Trustees/Governing Council – This is the highest decision-making body of the organization. It is a nine-member Council headed by the Council Chairman.
b) Management Team – this is the operational team that take day-to-day operational decisions, ensures, and supervises the implementation of all project interventions. The team is led by the Chief Executive Officer.
c) Administrative Team – This team is responsible for all the Administrative issues of the organization. It is led by the Senior Administrator who manages and runs the office.
d) Accounts Team – The organization has very credible accounts team that oversees all the accountings issues of the organization. They ensure that correct accounts books are kept and vouchers are submitted to respective partners in time. This team is led by the Accountant.
e) Field Officers – This is made up of officers responsible for the various thematic areas that the organizations. They are responsible for direct implementation of projects and programmes. Depending on the assignment at hand, field officers are continuously recruited to implement given projects.
f) Associate Consultants – GLOMEF has a number of associate consultants who offer various services to the organization. These consultants are recruited as and when the organization has some assignments that fall within the expertise of the consultants. They range from Accounts, Agricultural Value Chain Development, Agricultural Marketing, Media, Advocacy, Reproductive Health, General Health, Employee Wellbeing, Policy formulation and analysis, etc.
