The Global Media Foundation operates under a governance structure comprising a Governing Council and a Management Team. The Governing Council, as the apex decision-making entity, consists of seven members, including a Council Chair who oversees the organization’s strategic direction and policy formulation. On the operational front, the Management Team, spearheaded by the Country Director alongside the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the daily operational decisions, supervision, and execution of project interventions. This team encompasses programmes, accounts, and administrative personnel, ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of the organization’s objectives and initiatives.
