Eugene Damwadane is a finance professional with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Education, Winneba. Initially, he worked as a Social Studies & ICT curriculum implementer at Busunya R/C JHS in Nkoranza North District during his national service.

He then joined Oxford SHS in Sunyani as an Economics and Government tutor, holding a Certified Teaching License from the National Teaching Council. His roles expanded to House Master, financial adviser to the headmaster, and assistance in financial operations and examination registrations. From 2018 to 2019, he was the Acting General Manager at Mapping Ghana Roofing System Ltd. In 2019, he became the Administrative Manager at First Corporate Accountants & Consultants in Sunyani, where he oversaw administrative procedures, ensured statutory compliance, and contributed to external audits and financial reporting until February 2023. He then became the Finance Manager at Global Media Foundation.

Eugene has completed several trainings, including a SME High Growth Program by the Ghana Enterprise Agency and a workshop on E-VAT & E-TCC by the GRA-Sunyani TSC. His interests include tax compliance, IFRS standards, internal controls, financial forecasting, and audit
