RAPHAEL GODLOVE AHENU JR is human rights advocate, broadcast journalist, development communication expert and anti-corruption crusader with more than 17 years’ work experience in journalism and advocacy. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Media Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation which specializes in using right-based; social and behaviour change communication; and evidence-based research approaches to facilitate inclusive development. He is also the current National Coordinator of World Evangelical Alliance Business Coalition for Ghana, a connection and support hub for various organizations between businesses, business ministries and churches, global constituency in more than 130 countries

Raphael holds Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Faith University Seminary in USA, Diploma in Journalism and Marketing from Institute of Business Management and Journalism in Kumasi, and Executive Certificate in NGO and Operations Management from Cambridge Centre of Excellence in Accra.

He has worked with many noble institutions and organisations such as the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) as Brong-Ahafo Regional Correspondent from 2003 to 2011, Sunyani Central Rotary Club as Publicity Director between 2007/2008, Brong-Ahafo Red Cross Society as Regional Public Relations Officer, Brong-Ahafo Network of NGOs as Secretary from 2009 to 2015 and Country Lead of Global Youth Empowerment Center from August 2020 to December 2022.

He has championed many campaigns, advocacy and community development interventions in Ghana and has won many international awards which include SMK International Campaigner Award 2009, International Award for Peace Ambassador 2015 and CIDA Professional Fellowship Award 2015.
