Rhoda Doku is a communication and development specialist. She earned a degree in Communication and Development from the African University College of Communication, Ghana, and a Master’s in International Affairs with a focus on African Studies and Gender Environmental Development from Ohio University, USA.

Rhoda also holds certifications in Cyber Security from Slam Technologies and in Event Management, PR, Advertising, and Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Her career includes roles at Global Media Alliance, Bayport Financial Services Ghana, STB McCann Ghana, TechnoServe Ghana, the Global Youth Empowerment Centre, the Ghana Cultural Foundation in the USA, and Media 7 in Ghana. These positions utilized her skills in administration, operations, customer service, and marketing, demonstrating her versatility. Rhoda is known for her ability to work well both in teams and independently, effectively leading projects in branding and communications.

She actively advocates for women’s empowerment, serving as a motivational speaker and promoter of positive change. Rhoda uses her skills to support underserved communities to drive societal change.
